Follow the two steps (A & B) below:
A. Firstly, please
call or E. mail to confirm `up to the minute availability`and
let us know your preferred dates. When you tell us you want to make
a booking, we`ll reserve the dates subject to receipt of the booking
form within seven days.
Please talk to us either by phone, E Mail or post: Feel free to ring at
any time. We always reply within four hours (normally less) so if you haven`t
had an answer then the E Mail may have got lost or stopped by a spam filter
so please resend or telephone instead. Note: We often have particular
problems replying to Hotmail addreses.

B. Next, decide whether you wish to pay by post with a cheque (UK Sterling) or online using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Card Bleu only). You'll need to put two first class
stamps on the envelope if you post the form (or a European one) to
ensure that it reaches us here in France. As soon as we have your form
we will let you know.

Please note that due to high demand we can only hold
provisional phone bookings open for seven days subject to receipt of
the booking form & deposit cheque so if you haven't heard from us
within a week then please call or e.mail us.
GENERAL INFO.
£70 is required to confirm a booking.
Balance is payable no later than two calendar months before travel date.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Negotiable in low season.
Prices include hot water, electricity (except heating convectors), and the use of duvets & pillows. Use of the house and it`s facilities as described on this website.
Prices do NOT include:(points i-iv below)
i. Any Insurance insurance. E.g. travel, booking, health, accident, breakdown or
cancellation. We recommend you arrange these yourself.
ii. Heating.
This is usually on required for some weeks in the Low season. Please see
`Optional Extras ` below.
iii. Travel to and from the property rented.
You need to arrange and pay for this yourself. We do have details of
a special discounted travel service, which is available when you book
a gite with us. Please see below under `Discounted Travel Service`
iv. Any aditional services or products not expressely mentioned as included on this
website.
Discounts are available for long term lets, please ring us. Day rates
are sometimes available in low season.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS (1-4)
1.Linen: Pillow case, quilt cover, fitted sheet, towels & tea
towels.
Linen (which is all fitted to the beds prior to your arrival), towels and tea
towels can be supplied for an additional £7.50 per single bed or £15
per double bed.
2. Heating
Heating is usually only needed in the low season You don't need to
decide whether or not to have it until you get here but the charge does remain
the same even if you only have it for part of a week. Heating is obligatory
between the 7th of October and the 15th of April each year and must be added
to the booking form when making a reservation.
The prices shown on the table below vary depending on which house you wish
to stay at. The costs shown are actually the real cost to us. We do
not make any profit on heating (in fact we are not allowed to). All utilities
are very expensive here in France. Blanche (sleeps 8), which is heated by electric
wall convectors, is the most expensive, and it has been calculated that one
week costs 75plus Euros in electricity. Crème (also sleeps 8), by contrast,
has oil fired radiators and is thus cheaper.

There is a new ferry company operating from Portsmouth
to Le Harvre called LD LInes (see www.ldlines.com). They seem to be quite
cheap. When we last checked for a price were quoting for car
plus two passengers about £280 for a week (sat-sat) in August.
