For all weeks booked commencing the 3rd, 10th & 17th July 2010 we offer a free low season weeks rental in Jaune or Orange during
the following winter (in Nov, Dec, Jan or Feb -excluding Xmas & New Year period ). All you pay for is the heating.
Cheque via post, credit card securely online or cash on arrival for last minute bookings
A. Firstly, please call or E. mail to confirm `up to the minute availability`and let us know your preferred dates. When you tell us you want to make a booking, we`ll reserve the dates subject to receipt of the booking form within seven days.
Please contact us either by phone, E Mail or post: Feel free to ring at any time. We reply to E Mails within four hours (normally less) so if you haven`t had an answer then the E Mail may have got lost or stopped by a spam filter so please telephone instead. To E mail, just click on the link below which will open your mail client and allow you to send your e mail automatically to our two mailboxes
As we live in France you`ll hear an odd ringing tone on the phone. This is because our UK number diverts to France. We pay the full cost of the international call. You only pay to ring the UK number. No French person will answer the phone.....we`re both English !!!

B. Decide whether you wish to pay by post with a cheque (UK Sterling) or online using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Carte Bleue only). Click on the appropriate `Go To Booking Form` link directly below then either print off the cheque booking form and send it to us at the address above or complete the Online Credit Card form and submit it to us over the internet.
You need to put two first class stamps on the envelope to
ensure it reaches us here in France. As soon as we have it
we`ll let you know.

Seventy Pounds is required to confirm a booking. Balance is payable no later than two calendar months before travel date
Upon reciept of the final balance we will email you directions to the house. If you don`t receive these then ring us so we can resend them
Prices do not include i-iv below
i. Any Insurance. E.g. travel, booking , health, accident, breakdown or cancellation. We recommend that you arrange these yourself.
ii. Heating. This is required for some weeks in the Low Season. Please see `Optional Extras ` below.
iii. Travel to and from the property rented. You need to arrange and pay for this yourself. We do have details of discounted travel with Brittany Ferries which is available when you book a gite with us. Please see below under `Travel Information`.
iv. Any additional services or products not expressly mentioned as included on this website.
Discounts are available for long term lets. Bookings are Sat-Sat. Mid week lets are available in low season from Mid October to April
1. Linen (fitted to beds prior to your arrival), plus towels & tea towels can be supplied for £7.50 per single bed or £15 per double bed.
2. Heating is usually only needed in the low season You don't need to
decide whether or not to have it until you get here but the charge does remain
the same even if you only have it for part of a week. Heating is obligatory
between the 10th of October and the 15th of April each year and must be added
to the booking form when making a reservation.
The prices shown on the table below vary depending on which house you wish
to stay at. The costs shown are actually the real cost to us. We do
not make any profit on heating. Utilities
are very expensive here in France (as in the UK now). Blanche (sleeps 8), which is heated by electric
wall convectors, is the most expensive. Crème (also sleeps 8), by contrast,
has oil fired radiators and is thus cheaper.

When booking a gite with us we are able to offer discounted travel with Brittany Ferries who cross from Portsmouth, Poole, Plymouth and Cork to St Malo, Caen, Roscoff, and Cherbourg. Ask us for our discounted travel number before you book your crossing

If you`d rather not drive when you go out for lunch or in the evening we can offer you a taxi service from and to all the gites.
By prior arrangement we can collect and drop you off at the gite or restuarant any time during the day between 9.am and 10pm

NB. We don`t meet people on arrival (most people don`t want us to). We prepare the house and leave the key on the table for you.
