La Maison Orange is a stone cottage located in a small hamlet just outside Treal, near Malestroit and Redon in Southern Brittany. The property offers peace and quiet, and is a really nice low cost base from which to see the sights. Sleeps two in one double bedroom with ensuite shower room/ WC.

The location of the house makes it the perfect holiday spot for those wanting both the idyllic tranquillity of rural France, together with the option of getting out and about to visit the nearby towns, restaurants and sandy beaches.

The nearest village is just three minutes drive (Reminiac) with its general store (including fresh baguettes and cakes), restaurant and bar. The nearest large town is mediaeval Malestroit, about five minutes away. Here you will find banks, supermarkets and restaurants in abundance. Ground floor
The whole of the house has been refitted from top to bottom including new kitchen area, shower room, appliances and furnishings. It is fully heated with fitted convectors, although these are normally only needed in the low season (see booking info).

The rear garden (bottom left photo) is accessed via the back door, which opens out onto a seating area with garden furniture and BBQ. Lawn is beyond. To the front of the house there is parking for one car only (two cars cannot be accommodated, sorry). There is also a good view (right photo).

Photo below shows the road that leads to the track where Orange is sited. You won`t see many passing cars.

Internet connection
As we live within a few miles of each of the houses you are free to come and use our PC to collect your E Mails. We have a seperate office in front of our house and you can access the web to pick up your messages there . If you prefer to go to an internet café then there is one in Ploermel which is less than15 minutes drive away.
