Booking a Gite: Online Payment

1. Please first call or E Mail to confirm availability
2. Fill in the Online (card) Booking Form by following the link (in the blue box) halfway down the Booking Info page
3. Submit the form to our secure server by pressing the button at the bottom of the Booking Form page
4. On receipt of the form we will debit the initial booking deposit from the card
5. We will then E Mail you to confirm all the booking details
6. Two months before booking starts we automatically debit the remaining balance from the card

Cards Accepted

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Carte Bleue (credit or debit cards) but not Switch, Maestro or Amex. You are free to pay either online by card as described here or by cheque or bank transfer in the UK Pounds advertised prices. As the owner of the gites (Nicola Harrington) is resident in France, all payments by card will be debited in Euros only. The 'Online Booking Form' has a full list of the price of the gites in Euros. Please note: There are constant fluctuations in the exchange rate (both up and down) every day so the actual sterling amount debited from your card by your card issuer will be dependent on the exact rate of exchange on that day

Please consult your card issuer to ascertain their current rates. We take no liability for these fluctuations and suggest you check in advance. If you would rather pay the full amount in UK Pounds (as per our adverts) then please send us a UK sterling cheque or make a bank transfer instead

The card amount is set as per the exchange rate once every year and may include the fees we are charged to take and process card payments. We cannot take payments in a mixture of Euros and Pounds so if you pay the deposit by card then the remaining balance must be by card as well

To pay by either of these methods just fill in the Cheque Booking Form via the link on the Booking Info page and either send us a cheque in the post or call us for our bank details so you can make the transfer from your bank
